22nd-Ranked Lady Bison Cross Country Runs at Nationals on Saturday
Harding looking for fifth top-10 finish at nationals.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The 22nd-ranked Harding University women’s cross country team will race at the NCAA II Cross Country Championships on Saturday. The six-kilometer race will begin at noon at the University of Southern Indiana Cross Country Course.
Harding qualified for the national meet by placing second at the NCAA Division II South Region meet in Tampa, Fla., on Nov. 7. The Lady Bisons’ top finisher was senior Katy Grant, who placed third overall.
Last season, Harding finished 20th at the national meet in Slippery Rock, Pa. The Lady Bisons have finished in the top 10 four times with fifth-place finishes in 2003 and 2006 as their best results.
