Harding's women have won two of their last three tournaments.
SEARCY – The Harding women’s golf team, winners of two of its last three tournaments, enters Sunday’s Gulf South Conference Championship playing its best golf of the season. The conference tournament will be played Sunday and Monday at the Hot Springs (Ark.) Country Club.
 
Last week, the Lady Bisons won the Natural State Golf Classic at the Red Apple Country Club in Heber Springs, Ark. Freshman So-Yun Kim was Harding’s top finisher, placing second, with junior Ragan Muncy placing third.
 
Harding enters the tournament ranked 59th in Division II, the third-highest ranking of any GSC team. Just ahead of the Lady Bisons is West Georgia at 51st, but Harding defeated West Georgia in late March when it won the UWG Invitational. West Florida, ranked 22nd nationally, is the tournament favorite.

Last year, Harding placed fourth of nine teams with a two-round score of 669. West Florida won the event at 624.
